SVQ2 Beauty Therapy

The foundation to build your career in beauty therapy. Beauty by Francesca Training Academy are SQA approved to deliver SVQ2. You will benefit from small class sizes with the focus building on your practical skills to ensure you are competent and confident when working on clients. You will be given the opportunity to work in a commercial salon to further develop these skills. You were you will learn:

• Provide manicure and pedicure services

• Provide makeup services

• Provide waxing Services

• Enhance the appearance of eyelash and eyebrows

• Provide facial services

• Fulfil salon reception duties

• Maintain effectiveness at work

The above units combine anatomy and physiology theory as well as practical. The anatomy and physiology that you learn will interweave with the practical side of the units so that you are able to complete treatments to the highest of standards. This course is recognised worldwide with both employers and insurance companies. There is the option to progress to SVQ3 Beauty Therapy to further your beauty career. This course can be offered on a fast track full time, part time or evening basis. Class sizes will be no more than 4 students at a time to ensure students are receiving the best support possible. If for any reason you require one on one support then this is also an option. Cost of course is £3,100 (with payment plans available)
